Security Bug Bounty Program
Help us stay secure – and get rewarded for it.
We aim to keep our systems secure at all times - for our users, our partners and ourselves. But no system is perfect. That’s why we invite you to help us discover vulnerabilities before someone else does.
If you find a previously unknown technical security vulnerability and report it to us, we’ll thank you with a monetary reward.
RULES
OF PLAY
To be eligible for a reward, the following conditions must be met:
- The Security Bug Bounty Program applies only to technical security bugs found in publicly accessible systems operated by reydix.
- It does not apply to bugs which are related to purely UI or UX related functionalities (e. g. like a non-functional button in the app).
- The security bug is previously unknown.
- You are the first one to report the bug.
- Your report includes sufficient detail to allow us to reproduce and verify the issue.
- The full legal framework can be viewed here.
How we determine the rating of a bug:
- The severity rating of a bug is determined solely by reydix, based on internal factors.
- A similar rating from third parties does not guarantee the same classification by reydix
- Rewards will only be paid if the vulnerability has not been publicly disclosed or shared with third parties before or after your report.
Legal Notice
- A reward per issue confirmed by reydix can range from € 50 to € 500, depending on the severity.
- reydix reserves the right to change or terminate the program at any time.
- There is no legal entitlement to a reward. Especially in cases where:
- You are not the first to report the issue
- Your submission is incomplete, inaccurate, or not relevant
- Any misuse of obtained information (e.g. exploitation, resale, unauthorized disclosure) is strictly prohibited and may lead to exclusion from the program and legal action.

How To
Report A Bug
